Hello and welcome to our very first blog post!

I am very excited to have you here. This blog isn't just about sharing information; it's a personal journey of mine, and a reflection of my belief in the incredible power of knowledge. Before we tackle the world of neurology bit by bit. I want to share my story with you about the transformative power of knowledge, the very essence of what this blog aims to share.

You see, I am a firm believer in the power of knowledge. It's a tool that unlocks potential, fosters growth, and opens doorways to new possibilities. In the field of health, knowledge doesn’t just inform; it empowers, heals and saves lives. Understanding your health, being aware of your body's needs and challenges, that's a form of power, a power that everyone should possess.

This led me to starting a practice focused on patient education and informed decision making. I envisioned a practice where time is devoted to helping patients understand their health conditions, enabling them to make choices that best suit their needs. However, to bring this dream into practice, I needed a platform, a website.

Now, here's where my journey took an interesting turn. I had no prior experience in website development. The initial quotes I received for professional website design were steep, way beyond what I had anticipated. That's when I thought to myself, why not build the website myself?

I’m by no means a tech expert but I love learning new things. A few years back, I assembled a computer tower from scratch as part of a hobby, carefully selecting each component over 3-4 months and then learning how to piece them together. Surprisingly it’s still running great and it is what I am using to create this website and write this blog. It stands as a great reminder to me of what we can achieve when we step out of our comfort zones.

So, with that same spirit, I dived into the world of website development. It was very daunting at first and several times throughout I felt that paying the money may have been worth it. But, as with any task, the more I learned, the more comfortable I became. After watching hours of tutorials it started to make sense. What seemed impossible at first started to feel possible. The website started taking shape and now here we are, writing my first blog. It goes to show that a little willingness to learn with perseverance can help you gain the knowledge needed to empower you through any situation.

Sharing this journey is important to me because it mirrors what I envision for each of you regarding your health. Understanding your health can be overwhelming. But you don’t need to know everything from the start. All you need is the willingness to learn. Each piece of information, each bit of understanding you gain about your health, chips away at the uncertainty and empowers you to make informed, beneficial decisions for your well-being.

So, through this platform, I invite you to learn, to understand, and to empower yourselves with knowledge regarding neurological health. Here’s to your health and learning new things.
