Is there a protocol for urgent medical issues outside office hours?
A: For urgent medical issues outside of normal office hours, immediately dial emergency services.

What happens if I miss the 48-hour cancellation notice period?
A: Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation. After 48 hrs there will be a $50 charge.
